This well built, modern villa is located just 2 and half kilometers outside the pretty town of Estepona in direction of Gibraltar.
The house is only a few years old and provides you with everything you might need for a comfortable family holiday away. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large lounge with dining area and a fully fited kitchen.
Outside the villa, there is the pretty garden, which is entirely walled and private, and of course the swimming pool. The covered terrace has the outside dining area and some comfortable seating. The sandy beaches of Arroyo vaquero are within a 3 minute walk, you will find a beach bar/restaurant open all the year.
