A unique spacious and quiet holiday villapartment tucked away on a slope at the end of a cul-de-sac only a 6 minute drive from Estepona Port.
The accommodation consists of large and airy lounge/diner with open plan kitchen and patio doors leading on to the good sized terrace overlooking the pool with sea view. One spacious bedroom 5m x 4.5m with 2 singles beds which can be zipped together to make a king-size bed, writing desk, mirror/consul/bench, ceiling fans and one bathroom with Shower.
Free use of 350-film library,WI-FI freeview satellite (SKY; Spanish; French; German; Dutch). The pool, gardens, ping-pong are used only by three apartments. The pool can be heated from October 1st till April 30th with an extra fee of 55 Euros/apt/week. There is a lot of parking space (on street) and as the villa is at the end of a cul-de-sac, there is little passing traffic.
Christmas and Easter: 495 / 575 Euros. Minimum stay: 5 nights. Departure time: 10 AM in this accommodation.

The apartment is in the urbanisation Don Pedro within a 5 minute drive to the Marina.
