This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is suitable for a small family and sleeps 4 persons in comfort. Both bedrooms with twin beds, fully fitted kitchen, Sat TV, large terrace with sea views, air conditionning and heating.
2 community pools and easy walking to the beaches and Estepona town along the Sea-Side promenade and you will find traditional Tapas bars and restaurants.
Private parking space can be available at 30 euros per week.

Estepona Puerto Paraiso is ideally situated overlooking the marina in the heart of Estepona's thriving fishing port & marina. Cristo Beach (5 minutes west of the apartment) is a delightful oyster-shaped cove of sheltered, gently shelving sand, ideal for children and La Rada Beach (5 minutes East of the apartment) runs for 2km past the old town and is a lovely walk along the promenade (Paseo Maritimo).

Estepona is approximately one hour (80kms) drive from Malaga International Airport and 1/2 hour drive from Gibraltar (40kms).
Marbella is 20 Kms to the East and Puerto Banus 15kms.
Estepona is a fishing village and has everything you could want with many excellent restaurants, shops and bars.
The apartment is in the Marina.

A deposit of 20% of the total rental price is payable on booking by credit card on our secured page or by bank transferem>. You are strongly advised to include cancellation cover in your travel insurance. The balance should be paid no later than three weeks before the start of the rental or on arrival in cash or by credit card. Please note that our prices are in Euro.
Minimum stay: 3 days.
July and August: one week.
Changeover Day: negotiable.
