Sandy beaches are only a 5 five minute walk from the apartment, you will also appreciate the large terrace and the location, Puerto Banus is within a 5 minute drive.
Some famous golf courses are within 10 minutes by car, Los Flamingos, Guadalmina North and South, Atalaya old and new courses.
This holiday apartment is well furnished with a large living area, fully fited kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a large terrace facing the pool.
There are 5 swimming pool, and the one in fornt of the apartment is heated all the year but, if you prefer the tennis or the Padel there are some courts you can use for free.

The typically Spanish town of Estepona is just 10 minutes drive to the west where you can enjoy its excellent beach and explore the town and port.

El Presidente is very close to San Pedro/ Marbella/Puerta Banus/Estepona.
Beach 2 minute through beautiful Landscaped Gardens/ponds. Many golf courses, including Los Flamingos, Guadalmina, Santa Maria within an easy drive.
El presidente is located close to the lively 'jet set' area of Puerta Banus 5 min by car.

A deposit of 20% of the total rental price is payable on booking by credit card on our secured page or by bank transferem>. You are strongly advised to include cancellation cover in your travel insurance. The balance should be paid no later than three weeks before the start of the rental or on arrival in cash or by credit card. Please note that our prices are in Euro.
Minimum stay: 3 days.
July and August: one week.
Changeover Day: negotiable.
