In collaboration with the owner we do rent out holiday apartments in this beautiful complex. It is situated in Mijas Costa, West of Marbella, overlooking the sea in the middle of landscaped gardens.
The apartments have 2 bedrooms, one bathroom and a fully furnished kitchen.
Fist foor apartaments have terrace with sea views and ground floor apartments terrace with garden and some views.
The apartment comes with Satellite TV, Safe, bed linen, towels etc. They are cleaned every 3 days. You can take advantage of the reception area with a fax service, the fantastic swimming pool, free gated parking, use the barbecue area and have more or less all services as an extra.
The beach is within 1 km, golf courses all over the place, tennis within 400 mtrs, grocery store in 500 mtrs, Medical facilities in 2kms, restaurants and bars within 500 mtrs.
La Cala de Mijas. Costa del Sol.
Whilst "La Cala", as this charming village is affectionately known to the local residents, has maintained a level of the real Spain it has also taken on, in a small way, something of an international flavour. There is an abundance of good quality sports and recreational facilities in an around the village including gymnasiums, dive centres, lawn bowls and of course, tennis and golf.

A deposit of 20% of the total rental price is payable on booking by credit card on our secured page or by bank transferem>. You are strongly advised to include cancellation cover in your travel insurance. The balance should be paid no later than three weeks before the start of the rental or on arrival in cash or by credit card. Please note that our prices are in Euro.
Minimum stay: 3 days.
July and August: one week.
Changeover Day: negotiable.
